The Acts of Parliament (Reprint of Miscellaneous Enactments) Order, 2006.
(Under section 18(1) and (2) of the Acts of Parliament Act, Cap. 2)
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Attorney General by section 18(1) and (2) of the Acts of Parliament Act, this Order is made this 30th day of January, 2006.
1. Title
This Order may be cited as the Acts of Parliament (Reprint of Miscellaneous Enactments) Order, 2006.
2. Approval of reprint of certain enactments.
The Reprint of the enactments specified in column 1 of the schedule to this Order, with all the additions, omissions, substitutions and amendments effected by the written laws respectively specified in column 2 of that schedule, is approved.
3. Date of judicial notice of reprint
The 15th day of February, 2006 is appointed to the day from which copies of the reprinted enactments shall be judicially noticed as the authentic copies of those enactments.
