ORDER

Upon hearing counsel for both sides, we grant the adjournment for seven days i.e up to Wednesday, 18^th September 2013 at 9.30 a.m.

We order by majority of six to one, the orders of the Constitutional Court contained in the Ruling of that Court dated 6^th September 2013 be stayed in the interim until we dispose of this application.

Applications No. 3, No. 5 and No. 7 stand withdrawn by consent of counsel for the parties.

We shall address the issue of costs at the final determination of this application.
