Case summary
The court observed that it is not a requirement that all the evidence must be called, what is important is to call the evidence that proves the charge beyond reasonable doubt. The court observed that where the child of tender years gives evidence on oath, there’s no requirement for corroboration of the evidence and in the instant case, the evidence of the victim child was corroborated.
