Case summary
Taking into consideration of the welfare principle, court was satisfied that the infant deserves to be provided for under better conditions and be brought up in a family set-up, religious or moral promoting conditions. She deserved provision for education. Court found the Applicants as suitable and proper persons to be appointed guardians of the infant basing on the recommendations and the Christian set up of the applicants.   Accordingly the applicants were granted the guardianship order.
