JUDGMENT BY HON. MR. JUSTICE JOSEPH MURANGIRA

 

 

Very well. By consent of both parties and their respective lawyers, judgment is entered in favour of the plaintiff in the terms as proposed and agreed to above by both parties.
 
The said agreed terms are:-
1.      
The parties have agreed after conferencing the suit, that the defendant surrenders to the plaintiff the suit property comprised in Block 400, at Nganjo Busiro, Lutembe Beach Road with all the developments thereon and surrenders all the documents of Title, that is, the sale agreements made on various dates, to wit, that one of 9th November 2004, that one of 20th November 2004, that one of the 3rd December 2004, and that one of the 4th March 2005.
2.      
That the plaintiff totally relinquishes all her interests in any other properties that the parties had acquired prior to their divorce.
3.      
That whatever criminal charges/complaints against the defendant by the plaintiff be accordingly withdrawn from wherever they have been lodged, unconditionally.
4.      
That each party in this matter bears its own costs.
5.      
That the defendant introduces the plaintiff to the local authorities of the area as the new owner of the suit property and to the former mailo-land owner of the suit land in the presence of their respective lawyers.
