JUUGMENT
The Plaintiff, Ronald Kasujja Sendusu, claims from the Defendant, Ntulume Godfrey, special damages of Shs. 19,933.000 general damages and costs. The Plaintiff also prays for the costs of the suit, and any other relief this court deems fit.
The brief facts of the case are that by a Sale Agreement dated 9/4/99, the Defendant agreed to sell and the Plaintiff agreed to buy from the Defendant, M/v Reg. 182 UED Toyota omnibus at Shs 6.3 million. The Plaintiff paid Shs 4,350,000 upon execution of the agreement. It was agreed that the balance of Shs. 1,950,000 would be paid after two months from that date. The Defendant handed over the vehicle to the Plaintiff together with a photocopy of the log book and a KCC registration book indicating that the vehicle was a passenger service vehicle -
