Case summary

The court therefore in evaluation of the evidence concluded that the defendant had acted with fraud and was not entitled to a share of the land that was clearly bequeathed to the plaintiffs.   Court thus ordered for the cancellation of all alterations made in contradiction of the original distribution in accordance to the will.
