RULING
f have carefully considered the Application by ABIRIGA Y.A IBRAHIM and read through the affidavit in support.
I have also perused the Academic Documents attached and particularly the letter from Uganda National Examination Board , dated 12th January, 2012. Written by the Executive Secretary.
It confirms that the Applicant has attained the equivalent of the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE).
, This Court accordingly hereby verifies and confirms his Academic (
Credentials as an equivalent of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education.
The Applicant therefore qualifies to contest in the National Resistance Party Primaries for Arua Municipality Constituency in Arua District.
I accordingly exercise these courts powers under Section 98 of the Civil Procedure Act to order the Chairman, Electoral Commission of the National Resistance Movement Political party to allow the Applicant, Abiriga Y.A Ibrahim to contest in the said primaries of Arua Municipality, Arua District.
