Case summary
Court disagreed holding that the appellant had lost by 161 votes and that the non- inclusion of the disputed ballots had not been in the favour of either of the candidates. Court added that the non-inclusion of the 141 ballots had not substantially affected the results of the election. Court added that the appellant had failed to corroborate the allegations of bribery raised against the 1 st respondent to the satisfaction of court.
