Upon hearing counsel for the Plaintiff and upon hearing counsel for the Defendant and neither Aisha Musiime or her legal representatives present in the court it is ordered as follows:

1. That this case be adjourned to 19^th May 2009 at 9.00 a.m.

2. Aisha Musiime be served personally by the court Process Server with respect to the hearing on the 19^th May 2009 through her counsel who at the present moment on record as representing her in case No. HCC CS No. 67 of 2009 at the land Division.

3. That this case be fixed for scheduling on 19^th May 2009.

4. If any party doesn’t turn up or fails to turn up at the hearing on 19^th May 2009 the court will make such orders as it deems fit.
