Court considered whether the vesting orders should be granted as prayed for by the
applicant. Court held that it would grant the vesting orders. Court was satisfied from
its findings that the respondent was holding the suit properties in trust for the applicant
and there had been no reason for the applicant not to surrender the properties to the
applicant since the coming into force of the Uganda revenue authority act since it
sought to vest the same in the applicant.
