Probate – Domicile of deceased – Where deceased domiciled abroad, foreign grant of probate must be produced and resealed under Probate (Re‑sealing) Act (Cap.144) before estate matters can be dealt with in Uganda – Failure to obtain foreign probate renders proceedings in Uganda improper; will and counterclaim dismissed.
