Civil procedure – Preparation and settlement of decrees – Order 18 r.7(2) CPR – Draft decree must be submitted and settled by parties or judge; Registrar’s signing does not validate a decree where procedure not followed; Constitutional provision allowing substantive justice (Article 126(2)(e)) cannot excuse breach of audi alteram partem embodied in Order 18 r.7(2). Execution and attachment – Warrant of attachment and execution cancelled where underlying decree is nullity.
