Very well. By consent of the parties, this application is allowed. The applicants are hereby granted leave to file an appeal against the judgment of the Court in Luweero Criminal Case No. 95 of 2013, out of time.

It is further ordered that the applicants shall file in Court a Notice of Appeal and Memorandum of Appeal by the 2nd September, 2015 and serve the respondent on that same date.
