- Case summary
- From the evidence that was on record, the court found that there was no bias and that proper procedures that were applicable to the case had been adopted in the determination of the matter in all the three previous courts. On the issue of locus, the court found that the evidence of the proceedings at the locus in quo had been conducted properly and the evidence was incapable of invalidating the sale of the suit land. The court thus held that the appeal had no merit. It was accordingly dismissed with costs to the respondents.
