CONSENT JUDGMENT:
Judgment is entered in favour of the plaintiff of Shillings 18,185,000/=. And it is agreed that the defendant pays costs of this suit which is fixed a 2,000,000/= shillings.
That the amount prayed in the plaint 18,185,000/= shall be paid in 12 equal monthly installments effective from 1st March 1994.
That the costs of-this suit shall be paid on 31 May 1994 together with the first installment.
That in default of payment the plaintiff sha1I execute against the defendant to the extent of the amount in default and that the principal amount shall fetch an interest at court’s rates.
