The board shall, within three months before the end of each financial year, cause to be prepared and submitted to the Minister for approval, estimates of the income and expenditure of the board for the next financial year; but if by the 1st day of the financial year the estimates have not been approved, they shall be deemed to have been approved.16. 20. Protection of members of the board and staff from personal liability
A member of the board, an employee of the board or other person on behalf of the board shall not be personally liable for an act done by him or her in good faith and without negligence for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.21. Allowances to board members
A member of the board may be paid such allowances, if any, in respect of attendance at meetings of the board as the Minister may approve in relation to that member.22. Reports to Minister
